Lambton Applications and Drone Services

1. Service Overview
Lambton Applications provides professional lawn care and drone spraying services. Our services include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control, pest control, and aerial spraying using drones for efficient and precise application.

2. Health and Safety
• Pesticides & Chemicals: Our spraying services involve the application of pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals. These substances are applied following all safety guidelines and regulations. However, customers should be aware of potential health risks, especially if they have sensitivities or allergies to certain chemicals.
• Pets & Children: It is the customer’s responsibility to keep pets and children away from treated areas until the chemicals have dried or the waiting period specified by the product label has passed.

3. Environmental Impact
• Application Zones: We take care to minimize environmental impact by ensuring that chemicals are only applied to designated areas. However, some drift may occur, especially during aerial drone spraying. We advise customers to inform us of any sensitive areas (e.g., gardens, water features) that require extra caution.
• Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, such as high winds or rain, to prevent unintended chemical drift and ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.

4. Drone Usage
• Safety Measures: All drone operations are conducted by certified pilots who adhere to all regulations and safety protocols. The drones are equipped with GPS and other technology to ensure accurate application and avoid non-target areas.
• Privacy: We respect the privacy of our customers and their neighbors. Drones will be used solely for the purpose of agricultural spraying within the designated property boundaries. No images or video will be captured without prior consent.

5. Liability
• Property Damage: While we take every precaution to avoid damage, Lambton Applications is not liable for any damage caused by chemical application or drone usage, unless due to negligence on our part.
• Health Issues: Lambton Applications is not responsible for any health issues arising from the use of chemicals, unless it is proven that we did not follow safety guidelines or regulatory requirements.

6. Customer Responsibilities
• Pre-Service Preparation: Customers are responsible for clearing the lawn of obstacles, toys, and furniture before the service appointment. Failure to do so may result in incomplete service or additional charges.
• Post-Service Care: Customers must follow the aftercare instructions provided by our technicians to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment and to minimize health risks.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Service Delays: Service may be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the service at the earliest convenience.
